Applying to attend SJS is ongoing throughout the year. New students in grades Kindergarten through eighth grade are given a placement test to ensure that St. John the Apostle Catholic School can meet their needs and that they will be successful.

For all students, the following documents must be provided before enrollment is complete:

• Registration Packet and Registration Fee
• Birth Certificate (Official Copy)
• Immunization Records
• Diocese of Fort Worth Health Report (Page 1, Page 2)
• Copy of last report card (Grades 2-8)
• Copy of most recent standardized test scores (Grades 2-8)
• Transcript request form, signed (Grades 2-8)

Our dress code does require students in Pre-Kindergarten - 8th grade to wear a school uniform. Uniforms may be purchased at Parker School Uniforms, our School ID Number is FW390438. Used uniform sales are hosted twice a year at the school. 

Admission to St. John the Apostle Catholic School or participation in school programs is not denied students on the basis of race, color, ethnic or national origin. Admission shall not be denied because of any disabling condition unless it is clear that the staff, due to inadequate professional training and/or the school's program, will not be able to meet the student's needs.
